Nyxo Acceptable Use Policy

1. Lawful Use Only
Nyxo services must be used only for lawful business operations and compliant hospitality workflows.
2. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not attempt unauthorized access, data scraping beyond permitted APIs, service disruption, malware distribution, or fraudulent activity.
3. Platform Integrity
Customers must maintain secure credentials, role controls, and responsible staff access practices.
4. Enforcement
Nyxo may investigate misuse and restrict access where usage violates policy, contracts, or law.
