Main Objective

Protect platform security, service stability, and fair use for all tenants.

1. Lawful Use

Nyxo services may only be used for lawful business operations and in line with local and industry regulations relevant to your business.

2. Prohibited Activities

The following behaviors are not allowed on Nyxo systems.

  • Unauthorized access attempts, credential abuse, or privilege escalation.
  • Malware distribution, phishing, or deceptive/fraudulent activity.
  • Data scraping beyond approved APIs and documented usage limits.
  • Actions intended to disrupt service availability or degrade performance for other tenants.

3. Security Responsibilities

Tenants must manage user access responsibly and maintain strong internal security practices.

  • Use role-based access and least-privilege assignment.
  • Remove dormant users and rotate access where needed.
  • Protect endpoint devices used for platform access.

4. Fair Resource Use

Automated requests, integrations, and background jobs must operate within documented platform limits and should not overwhelm shared infrastructure.

5. Enforcement Process

Nyxo may investigate abuse reports and operational anomalies. We can apply temporary or permanent restrictions based on severity.

  • Immediate containment actions may be taken for active risk.
  • We may request remediation evidence before restoring full access.
  • Repeated violations can result in account termination.

6. Reporting And Contact

Report policy concerns to support@nyxo.co.za or use Zoho Desk support portal.

Include tenant name, date and time, affected module, and relevant logs or screenshots for faster investigation.
